It’s a great location, only two mins from the Mile End tube station and well connected to surrounding East areas, as well as central London!

Rent: £976 per month including council tax, bills and WiFi.

The Room

- Bed, desk and wardrobe included

- Really lovely little balconette which is great for the upcoming warmer months

Available immediately, ideally before the end of this month as rent comes out on the 25th!

The Flat: You’ll be living with 3 lovely POC girls who are friendly, respectful and keep the flat clean and tidy. We have a cleaning rota and are looking for someone who would be a good fit for the household.

Contract: This is a takeover of my current Ohana sublet agreement. The new tenant would take over the remainder of my contract (ending on 24th October) with option to renew!

Looking for

- Female tenant preferably

- Clean, considerate and respectful of shared spaces

- Ideally looking for somewhere longer-term rather than a short stay
