Double En-suite Room

Hello there, I have a spare room available in a townhouse by Mile End.

The room is a double en-suite bedroom, recently refurbished and comes with a balcony.

The transport links are great:
* 5-8min walk to Mile End tube station (Central, Hammersmith & City, District Lines)
* 10min walk to Bow Road tube station
* 5min walk to nearest bus stop that goes to Stratford

For groceries, there is a Tescos express, Sainsbury’s and Coop. Otherwise some local fruit and veg stores by Roman Road. There are also some nice cafes and bakeries on Roman Road and a market on the weekends. I usually go to the Costa or Starbucks by Mile End station to chill. There is also a Pure Gym nearby that I go to.

A bit about myself, I work as a quant in finance, generally a quiet and clean person. Mostly work in the office but some days will wfh. I like to lounge around the house and play some PS5 sometimes in my room or be at the gym. Looking for someone clean, quiet and friendly to share the house with :)

The rent does NOT include bills which on average comes to around £180 per month per person. The bills that we split are: electricity, council tax, internet and water.
