We're looking for someone to move into a spacious en-suite double bedroom in our lovely house in Mile End. The house is on a gated street and there's also a free parking space available if you'd like it.

Our current flatmate Joe has sadly decided to leave East London in order to become a Clapham local :( so we're searching for someone to come and take his place.

The house is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom property split across three floors. The available en-suite room (pictured) is on the ground floor, the kitchen and living room are on the first floor, and the top floor has the other two bedrooms and second bathroom.

You'd be moving in with myself, Rhys, and my housemate Nolan. I'm 26, originally from Wales and am doing my PhD in Climate Change Policy. Nolan is 25, from Boston, and is working as a teacher in the city.

We're both big runners and enjoy playing and watching all sports. We love a pub quiz, live music, exploring London, finding new places, and chilling in the evening with a film.

We've been in this house for nearly a year, and have really tried to make it feel like a home rather than just a house share.

We're both sociable and enjoy spending time together, whether that's going out or just hanging out in the living room. That said, we're also respectful of each other's space and appreciate having our own lives and routines.

The house is a short 3 min walk from Mile End station, with easy access to the Central, District and Hammersmith & City lines, ideal for getting into the city. The DLR from Bow Church is also a short walk away, offering access to Canary Wharf easily.

Victoria Park is around 15 minutes away on foot via Regent's Canal, which is a great place for a run or a walk. There's a bunch of great pubs in Mile End/Bow, and you can walk to the best markets in East London on the weekend!

Finally, (and fair play for reading all that) we're ideally looking for someone friendly, considerate and sociable who'd like to be part of the house rather than simply rent a room.
