Beautiful En-suite Room in Mile End/ Bow!

Hiya,

I’m Swasthi and I’m one of the current flatmates at this property. I am looking for someone to take over my contract (until Aug 29th with ability to renew) as I need to move for work!

The property itself is located 7 mins from Devon’s Rd DLR and about 12 mins from Mile End Station. Queen Mary University of London is a stone’s throw away. It is also right next to a beautiful Victorian cemetery park that has a lovely little coffee shop (Blue Daisy) and loads of socialising opportunities. Additionally, there is a large Lidl and a large Tesco 15 mins away by walk, and a Sainsbury’s local just 5 mins away. There are also quite a few corner shops and burger joints nearby. I’ve lived here for almost a year now and have found it to be a safe and friendly area.

The property comes with all bills included, however there is a biweekly cleaner who comes by to clean all common areas as well as the en-suite bathroom for an additional 8.50 per clean.

The room is a large en-suite double room with loads of storage, including a multi shelved cupboard, set of drawers and under bed storage. There is also an additional cupboard downstairs used for storage. There are two long mirrors in the room, and it comes with all the furniture except the chair, which can be purchased for a small amount. Also the mattress was replaced about one month ago, and we have a new washer dryer in the house as well. The window in the room is a tilt and turn window, meaning you can open it completely and this has been great for summer. Additionally, the window is north facing so the room keeps fairly cool in the summer.
