After 8 years of living with my amazing house mates, I am moving out and looking for a social housemate to replace me in this amaizng house share.
You will be living with 3 boys, who are all professionals working across creative industries, sound design & property. Everyone is busy with work during the weekdays but enjoy spending time together when they can, whether it’s a board game nights, backyard bbq, movie nights or the pub.
A little about them:
Paul is originally from Yorkshire. He works in the TV and film industry as a sound designer and mixer, which he loves. He’s also a musician and loves going out to gigs / nights and generally socialising. He enjoys sport, watching football and going to games as well as hiking, running and generally getting into the outdoors.
Andy works in the F&B industry, likes going to the pub, watching football and exercising. Despite having a corpo job, he is the craftiest of the bunch and always has a creative project on the go. Andy hates writing about himself, if you do too, you’ll probably get on.
Jarayd is a proud teal wrapped diva from Derry, Ireland but has been living in London for 14 years. He works as a project manager in a creative industry and has amazing fashion sense. Always up for a chat and to watch some trash TV. He LOVES East Asian Food, Care Bears, Local Drag and Sad Girl Music - and most importantly comes with a lovely selection of bougie kitchen equipment.
The Neighbourhood:
We live in a classic Victorian terrace with a backyard and a small basement for storage. It is very well situated with Mile End being the closest tube station just a 5 min walk. It is also very close to Regents Canal, grocery stores Sainsbury Local & large Lidl, Mile End/Victoria Park, and a bunch of nice pubs.
You:
We are open to everyone, however looking for someone who is also social and ready to join a family environment. While we all have our own lives and can go days without seeing each other, we definitely enjoy doing things together. We prefer someone in their 30-40s. All genders welcome and LGBQ+ household.
Furniture:
The bed and maters is included. The draws and desk are mine, but open to offers.
You will be signing onto a Joint AST contract and will be on the lease. All forms/reference checks have to be provided, approved, and signed one month before move-in.
