Bright spacey flat in Mile End from September

I’m Izzy, 27 and a civil servant looking for a roommate to move in with me to my flat in Mile End from September! The property is a two storey flat in a communal building, it’s recently refurbished, bright and spacey. It comes unfurnished but I have most of the furniture for the house (excluding a sofa which I am looking for!) so you would just need to bring bedroom furniture!
The landlords are super helpful, kind and respectful but the property is great so we don’t have too many interactions!
The room is £1000 per month for rent with bills being about £150 on average over the year!
A bit about me, I’m an economist in the civil service, I work from the office about 3 days a work, and spend some nights at my partners so can be out the house for some of the week! I am super clean and like to keep the space looking tidy! I enjoy walks round Victoria park, pub trips, some bad reality tv and I’m currently learning Italian! I’m happy in my own space but would also enjoy cooking/ eating together, watching tv and some pints so would be lovely if we get on too!
