Lovely Mile End house 5mins from station!

Hi !

I'm looking to fill 4 double rooms in my 5 bed Mile End flat mid August! I moved in as a sublet a few months ago knowing my current flatmates had planned to move out in August :( I am really loving it here so would love to be able to stay and find some friendly new flatmates to fill their rooms!

About the flat:
- Move in from 17th August
- Rent excluding bills:
- Room 1 - 870 upstairs bedroom
- Room 2 - 930 downstairs bedroom
- Room 3 - 970 downstairs bedroom
- Room 4 - 1000 upstairs bedroom
- Deposit is 6 weeks rent (split evenly is £1,410)
- Furnished with the basics (some furniture in photos belongs to flatmates but comes with bed, couch, dining table & chairs etc, would be keen to get some nicer furniture for communal spaces)
- Less than 5mins walking to Mile End station (central, district and Hammersmith & city lines)
- On a quiet street, 5mins to the canal & 15mins to vic park!
- Plenty of nice cafes, pubs and charity shops close by
- We deal directly with the landlord who is really responsive

About me:
- I'm Holly, 26 & from New Zealand, I work in Architecture and am in the office 5 days a week! I'm a relaxed, tidy and considerate flatmate, In my spare time I love to get out and about and enjoy reading, yoga, drawing/arts n crafts, charity shopping, going to gigs or spending a day binge watching trash tv.

About you:
Looking for flatmates who also want to create a friendly, tidy and relaxed home! Ideally a similar age (mid-late 20s), who want to become friends, spend time together (pub quiz, movie nights, dinner parties kinda vibe) and looking to stay more long term (1+ years).
