About the house:
This is a well-looked after, homely house shared with three other housemates. Its currently occupied by Grace (she/her), 25 year old student from Belfast; Sam (he/him), 27 year old publisher from Manchester; and Jess (they/them), 25 year old musician/conductor from London.
We all met at university and Jess and Sam have been living together for 2+ years, with Grace moving in January this year. We are a queer friendly, creative household who like to socialise together when we can but also respect individuals space.

Communal spaces include:
•⁠ ⁠Large living room: fireplace, smart TV, record player, upright piano, plenty of seating
•⁠ ⁠Kitchen/diner: long galley-style kitchen with plenty of cupboard space, dishwasher, washing machine, gas oven, microwave, wine fridge. Also includes a separate dining area that seats six, with a nice window seat
•⁠ ⁠One large, shared bathroom upstairs and an additional shared bathroom downstairs (split into toilet and shower room)
•⁠ ⁠Patio: small but private outdoor patio with garden furniture and BBQ
•⁠ ⁠Basement: currently set up as a makeshift recording studio but offers great additional storage space

Location:
Set on a quiet residential street of bay-fronted terraced houses just south of Mile End station which provides access to the Central, Hammersmith and City and District lines. Close to Mile End Park and Victoria Park for green space.
