Modern Double Room in Mile End

Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a bright, modern apartment just a 12 minute walk from Mile End Station.

The room is a good-sized double and comes partially furnished with a mattress (you would need a frame), bedside table and chest of drawers. There’s also a large boiler room which we use for additional storage. The flat has a spacious open-plan kitchen and living area that's great for chilling, plus a pretty large balcony. There's also a Sainsbury's directly opposite the building!

You'll be living with two 24-year-old professional guys who are good mates. They enjoy keeping active, going to live music, grabbing the occasional pint, and generally have a relaxed, friendly atmosphere at home. We all have our own lives during the week but are always happy to chat or hang out.

We're looking for someone who's clean, considerate and easy to get along with.
