Hello, we’re looking for a flatmate to move into the single room in our flat from mid-September. We are looking to have someone move in by the latest 15th September with the potential for slightly earlier. LGBTQ+ flatmates most welcome!

Rent: £600/month
Deposit: £500
Council Tax: £40/month (Band C)
Wifi: £7.30/month
Gas & Electric: ~£15-30/month (increasing in colder months)

Location

Situated in a vibrant, spot near Victoria Park, Mile End Park, Brick Lane, Hackney, and Stratford.
Transport: Minutes walk from Mile End, Bow Road, and Bromley-by-Bow stations (Central, District, Hammersmith & City, DLR). Quick cycle routes straight into Central London.

Neighborhood: Lots of great cafes, pubs, and affordable food spots with diverse cuisines, very close to Roman Road (with cheap markets 3 days a week!), shops and supermarkets very close by.

Flatmates

Jay (he/him, 27): Working as a Teaching Assistant for autistic students from September alongside freelance AI content evaluation, and volunteering with Mind. Loves music, gigs, festivals, language learning, chess, and football (I play for Stonewall FC). Sociable and easygoing in shared spaces, tidy, and respectful.

Jorge (he/him, 32): Works in a cafe, loves cycling, running, gym, and football. Very friendly, easy to live with, and enjoys a good chat in the kitchen.

Calina (she/her, 35): Works as a chef, loves cooking and cats.

Who We’re Looking For

Someone tidy, kind, and respectful who fits naturally into a relaxed, friendly flat dynamic. Open to all genders, sexualities, and backgrounds. (No pets allowed sorry!)
