Hi,

Myself and three friends are moving in together, but two of us are moving in a month later than the other two. We are looking to have our two rooms filled for the month of September only.

This place is ideal for anyone in need of a short term rent situation while they continue their search. The property comes with a spacious living room on the top floor, and both bedrooms have a double bed. The larger of the two rooms is definitely suitable for a couple, while the smaller may work for more than one person but perhaps not.

The house is directly across the road from Mile End park, and less than a 5 min walk from Mile End tube station. 2-3 stops from Whitechapel Station and Liverpool Street meaning easy access to Elizabeth line and national rail. Victoria park is a 15 min walk away.

We are looking individuals who are respectful and easy going. Non-smokers are preferable, and no smoking should be done inside the property. The two people in the property are both very relaxed and will be working full time.
