My friends who i currently live with are all moving out of london :/ so i’m looking for three people for roomies & friendships.

Previous housemates have been the girls/gays, but i’m open to anyone who gets down(but bonus points if you’re queer). I’m looking for kind, sociable, clean people who’re down to join the fun and make the house your home.

a bit about me:
I’m max :) i’m originally from devon and have been living in london for nearly three years. i’m 28 years old and work for an environmental charity in old st.

Likes: yoga, crochet, pints, music that has a saxophone in it
Dislikes: coriander, bigots and taylor swift

about the house:
4 bed, 2 bathroom (1 shower)
large kitchen with lots of storage, plus 1x big fridge & 1x big fridge/freezer
a lovely coffee machine
washing machine
dishwasher
back garden
spacious dining area
separate living room
storage space in the basement
council tax band D (£38.25 a month each)
2 mins from Mile End station (central, district and Hammersmith & city)
coop & sainsbury’s local - 2 min walk away & LIDL & ALDI - 15 min walk
Rent is £987.50 + bills.
