Room in a lovely house share with garden

Looking for someone to take my room in a brilliant house share in Mile End. The room is a good size, has high ceilings and 1 window, with lots of natural light. The room comes unfurnished but I’m leaving the UK so I’d love to sell my stuff. (The bed and mattress are new, and only 4 months old).

The house is a 5 minute walk from Mile End Station, inside Mile End Park. I can confidently a top location, close to nice cafes, green spaces, shops, Mile End climbing wall and saunas, and the street has a lovely community feel. It is only a 10 minute walk from Victoria Park along the canal so great for walks, runs or just park sessions. It’s a lovely street, too, where everyone helps each other out and it feels like a proper neighbourhood.

The house is a three bed, victorian terrace house with generous proportions, a warm feel and a garden. The housemates are all between 31 and 42 and would like to keep around that range. We have a homely feeling and ask that anyone interested would be tidy, clean and considerate. We’re a social gang and love a good chat and it should feel like living together as a team rather than just sharing the house!

We’re open to messages from guys, girls and all in between. However, our landlord has stipulated they will not be accepting students given the short turnaround for financial checks. Apologies to those of which this applies to.

You’ll be living with two lovely housemates, Lucas and Patrick. They are both open minded and lovely, and I wouldn’t move out of this house if I’d say in London!
