You will be living with Aidan (m31) Irish, works in commercial real estate, enjoys the cinema and pubs. Danica (f35) Australian, teacher, been in London for 8+ years, plays tag rugby and loves pints just as much!
We enjoy our own time, but love chillin in the living room watching shows, going to the pub, or a Sunday walk to the market.
Room is £780 and bills come to approx. £100 per month (council tax, wifi, and gas) room is available from late November.
Landlord references require;
1. No students can be accepted through the estate agents
2. Must be in a full time contract
3. Minimum of €27,000
