Lovely house in Mile End/Bow

Looking for a fourth housemate to join a lovely, large 4 floor townhouse in Bow, between Mile End station and Victoria Park. Well furnished with a basement living room, a ground floor living/dining room, study, 2 small gardens, a large bathroom with jacuzzi bath, smaller top floor shower and toilet and ground floor toilet. The kitchen has a gas stove, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The room is on the top floor and comes with a bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe.

Current housemates are 3 girls, Helen, Alex and Sarah, aged 26-33, who are all working professionals.

Helen works in ed tech and is keen on theatre, cinema, and sport including rugby and cycling (mainly playing the former and watching the latter).
Alex works in branding & marketing, enjoys working out and loves music, fashion and interiors.
Sarah works in health tech, keen on live music, cinema, trying new food and running/long nature walks

The vibes in the house are chill but social, everyone gets along well and we enjoy the occasional pub trip or Traitors episode together, but you're also welcome to do your own thing. LGBTQ+ friendly.

Location is great! We're about a 10 min walk from both Mile End and Bow Road station, about a 15 min walk from Victoria Park and 5 mins from Roman Road. We've also got some lovely local pubs including the Morgan Arms and the Lord Tredegar.

The tenancy is managed directly by the landlord, who is very responsive and gets issues sorted quickly. You'll just have to pass the standard right to rent and reference checks.

£900 deposit
£150ish for bills, which includes a fortnightly cleaner and a weekly oddbox.
