Just off Roman Road which is full of independent cafes, shops and great food.

The nearest station is Mile End, less than 10 minute walk from the station with great connections (Central, District, Hammersmith & City Line)

Rent is £1000 per month
Bills are approximately £250 per month

It’s a lovely, spacious double room on the second floor with two built in wardrobes and a chest of drawers. You’ll have your own bathroom for now (In the new year I will look at getting another housemate for the third room!)

Recently renovated kitchen with plenty of space for cooking and for storage.

About Me:

I’m Katie! I’m a freelance chef and food stylist. I’ve lived in London for almost 8 years and recently bought this house in January.
I like cooking (naturally!), running, long walks in Victoria Park and visiting lots of cafes and bakeries near by.
I work hybrid (some days at home, some days in studios across London) and always have plenty of bakes to share!

About You:

I would love a female, ideally 25-30, who’s easygoing, sociable and keen to make the house feel like a home. Someone who’s happy to join for dinners, chats and outings but also has their independence too.

Move-in date would be from November 2026, however I’m flexible with dates.
