5 minutes walk to Mile End station. Sociable house and friendly atmosphere, you will be living with professionals. Everyone gets along very well, and considers the place as a home rather than just a place to rent. Lovely double room in a Victorian house. All bills included. Total £925 per month. There's no set up fee or any extra costs.

The room includes a double bed, wardrobe etc.

5 minute walk to Mile End Station (Zone 2 - Central, District, Hammersmith & City line). 10 minutes by tube to Stratford or Central London.

5 minute bus journey to Canary Wharf, Docklands, where there are many bars, restaurants and a cinema. Local amenities are very close. 5 minute walk to local Mile End park and leisure centre. 10 minute walk to Queen Mary university. 1 stop on the central line to Stratford shopping centre.

We have fast fibre wireless broadband internet. All the bills are included (gas, electricity, water, TV licence, council tax, internet, cleaner).

The house has a large kitchen with washing machine, dryer, fridges, utensils. There is a separate living room with a sofa and TV. We also have a small garden for barbeques in the summer!

We are looking for a non-smoker and someone who can get along with other people. Someone who thinks of the place as a home rather than just a place to rent. Tidy and willing to do their share of keeping communal areas clean too. Single occupancy only. No parking or street permit available.

There is a cleaner that comes every other week (included).
