Private Student accomodation/ single room

First month of February of the contract will be covered by me. So you will begin paying from March.

I am looking for a student who can takeover my student accomodation contract up until September 6th 2025 . The room is available immedeately but will require a few days of liasing with IQ student accomodation to transfer the contract to the potential new tenant ( the process is very straightforward couple emails back and forth). To qualify as a resident for this room you must confirm that you are a student at a higher education establishment in the UK. This room comes with other facilities that are included throughout such as gym, social area, study area and a pool table.
