Hi, after two years together, my current flatmates are going traveling or moving to a different neighborhood, so I'm looking for 2 people to join me in late August!

The flat is furnished and has a spacious kitchen, living room, a washing machine, and a balcony. We share one bathroom, but the toilet and shower are separated. The building has a FOB system and lifts. My current flatmates and I have a weekly cleaning rota.

🏠 Rooms Available:
• 1 double bedroom (the larger room, £1,080 per month
• 1 double bedroom (the smaller room, TAKEN)

💰 The Breakdown
• Bills around £100/month (including Council Tax)
• Our deposit was 5 weeks’ rent (each person responsible for around £1,150)
• Council Tax Band C
• References and UK Guarantor required (unless salary is above the threshold)

I'm 25, from the U. S., and work full-time in corporate events. I work in person 4 times a week and also travel for work.

I'm used to being friends with my flatmates, whether hosting a dinner party or watching shows together, but am also respectful of boundaries. I love reading, walks, yoga, video games, and trying new London food spots or cafes.

This is an LGBTQIA friendly household, and I have lived with vegetarians/vegans in the past. I am unfortunately allergic to cats, so I can't live with one.
