I am looking for a clean and friendly female student to take over my spacious ensuite room from July 20th until September 14th, 2026. If you want to stay longer you can discuss with the agency.

Your room is fully furnished with a comfy bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, a large study desk, and a super convenient mini-fridge right in your room! It features a huge window that lets in amazing natural light, making it a perfect, bright space for studying or relaxing. Best of all, you will have your own private ensuite bathroom.

You will be sharing the flat with 3 lovely, respectful female students. We enjoy a warm, friendly, and peaceful living environment. We highly value cleanliness and respect for personal space, so we are looking for another female student who is tidy, considerate!

The location is unbeatable for transport and shopping:
Tube Stations: 7-minute walk to Mile End station and 8-minute walk to Stepney Green station.
Buses: Bus stop is literally a 1-minute walk away.
Groceries: Sainsbury’s Local is right on the ground floor of the building. Co-op, Tesco, and Lidl are all within short walking distance.
📝 Tenancy Details
Rent: £280 per week (All bills included!)
Contract: Official contract signed directly with the agency.
Deposit: £300 (Fully refundable at the end of the tenancy).
