I'm the current tenant in this room, and I'm leaving to move in with a friend, so I am looking for someone to replace me. Ideally early/mid-September but late September could work too.

☀️ It's a nice, bright, and fairly spacious double room, fully furnished. The window, which is south-facing, looks into a garden shared by multiple buildings. You'll be sharing the flat with 4 other lovely, clean roommates. There's a toilet-sink and a bathtub-sink room, as can be seen in the photos. There's plenty of space in the kitchen, including plenty of cabinets and 2 fridges. The room is warm and cosy in winter.

📍 The location is the standout of this apartment - it's literally opposite the road to Queen Mary University of London. You could be having a 30-second commute to classes! There's a Sainsbury's local 1 minute away as well, and Stepney Green station is 5 minutes walk away, Mile End Station 7 minutes walk away, and a bus stop (205, 25...) and Santander Cycles in front of the flat.

Gas and electricity are not included, and they come to around ~50 GBP per person per month, depending on the season. Everything else is included in the rent (Council tax, Wifi...).
