I'm looking for someone to take over my studio tenancy at IQ East Court from 1 February 2027 until 4 September 2027.

The studio gives you plenty of space and comes equipped with a bed, study area, lots of storage and an en suite shower room. You'll have your own, kitchenette with combi-oven, hob, fridge and breakfast bar dining area, and the use of onsite facilities including the gym, lounge, cinema, karaoke room, and study spaces. There is also a social space with arcade gaming facilities, pool table and seating areas. The building has a designated smoking area outside, a small garden and tennis table.
