I live in the flat and teach yoga professionally, so it's generally a calm, peaceful and welcoming home. To help supplement my income, I occasionally rent the living room on Airbnb at weekends, so from time to time there may be weekend guests staying. This arrangement has worked very well, and I value creating a relaxed, respectful atmosphere for everyone.

The bedroom is small but cosy, thoughtfully designed to make the most of the space. It features a comfortable king-size bed on a raised mezzanine level, creating extra floor space below. The room also includes a desk, small sofa, wardrobe, and chest of drawers, making it a comfortable place to relax or work from home.
