The flat is in a modern apartment building. There is a large living room and high-speed broadband.

Canary Wharf and Crossharbour stations are within a 15-minutes walk.

The area also benefits from a gym with swimming pool and a sailing club just down the road from the flat.

I am looking for considerate flatmate as I work long hours from home. With this said, the occasional drink is more than welcome.

All bills and taxes are included. The rent also includes cleaner for the shared areas once every two weeks.
