Located within walking distance to the following rail stations: Barnes Bridge & Mortlake (both 20 mins from Waterloo). Regular buses to Hammersmith & Richmond. Easy access to Heathrow and motorways M3, M4 and M40.

There are numerous local restaurants and pubs with good food. Aside from independent shops, we have Sainsbury's Local, Tesco Metro, M&S Food Hall and a larger Waitrose in East Sheen. Close to the River, Barnes Village, Hammersmith, Barnes Cinema, and local shops.

I work full-time from home and have lived in the area for nearly 15 years.

I am looking to rent the room to a professional tidy person (non-smoker) aged 35+ (no students) who needs a mid-week base.

All bills and cleaning are included in the rental period.
