Our flat is located in a Private Residential Estate meaning there is 24/7 video surveillance and tons of green communal areas for when the weather is nice! It allows for the feeling of being in the countryside without having to leave the city.

It might seem pretty far Southeast but we are situated right next to the station so it’s only a 17-min ride to get to London Bridge Station!

Only a 10 min walk to the Local High Street with a myriad of grocery stores (Lidle, Iceland, Sainsburys, Poundland, some International Food Markets and Organic Food Stalls), retail stores, and tons of restaurants to choose from. There is also a Vue Cinema with a Nandos next door👀. Basically everything you need just a short distance away!

We also live right next to a Golf Course and a Bird Sanctuary. It’s a really lovely and serene location for reading, strolling, hanging out, etc. The surrounding area is full of large open fields which have mostly been turned into pastures for raising Horses! But also plenty of open fields on hills to get a great view of the city.
