Comfortable ground floor room with king size bed, immediately adjacent shower room (which you will have main use of) and shared use of a number of adjoining living rooms with garden views and access, along with the kitchen, dining area and utility room. The shower room has a shower, wash hand basin and WC. There is a second main bathroom too. Accommodation is in excellent condition and in a house in a quiet location backing onto Eltham College grounds but within easy walking distance of Mottingham railway station with its access to central London (20 minutes on the train) and Mottingham Village with its bus routes, local shops (including Lidl) and amenities.

We also have off street parking available at no extra cost..

You will be sharing with friendly, easy going couple and a small pet dog. Our son is at University and will be at home for occasional visits and the University holiday periods.
