Small bedroom for rent

Bus stops to Mottingham or Grove Park Stations about 10-12 minute bus ride from bus stop. This is a 1 bedroom and a larger living room that I use as my bedroom. Shared bathroom and use of kitchen, including fridge, stove, and a washing machine that can be used. Flat is above shops so about 30 stairs to access the flat). Lease is for 6 months (possible to extend to additional 6 month if no issues arise.
Rent amount covers room rent, potion of council tax, electric, water and gas and internet. Washing machine to be used sparingly but there is a full service laundry mat across the street, a post office, and several food places along with a grocery store. The room is available from 23rd of June 2026 (as I will be away from April 17th- early June), Proof of employment/income required, reference of current residence also required (reference needs to include full name, address and a contact number, not an email address). 30 day notice is required if either party wishes to terminate the rental agreement. However any serious violation of my rental agreement with the property owner you will be asked to vacate the property within a reasonable period based on the nature of the violation. No soaking inside the flat . Note I have cctv cameras one in my bedroom, and in the kitchen. So that property is protected as often I may be away. Note in the pictures the clothes drying rack in the room will not stay in the room. Also a portable open wardrobe rack will be added into the room (not in picture).
