The property is well located within walking distance of both Mottingham and New Eltham stations, offering easy access into Greenwich and central London, as well as local shops and amenities nearby.

The room is medium-sized and comes furnished with a single bed and wardrobe, overlooking the garden, which provides a calm and relaxing environment. It’s a great space for someone who values quiet and needs a good setting for studying.

The bathroom is shared, however it is only lightly used as I have my own separate bathroom.
