Hi,

I'm looking for a housemate to join me in a lovely newly renovated house, to move in from 20th of June.

There are 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms in total, the one that is available is a big size double room recently decorated with a double bed, big build in mirror wardrobe with chest of drawers, a desk, a bookcase and a desk chair.

House has been refurbished in April with brand new modern kitchen and newly decorated, tidy bathroom. We also have a big garden and garage for storage.

A bit about me - I'm in my forties and work full time as Health & Safety specialist in construction industry. Other two housemates are professionals in their late thirties early forties . We're social and friendly but the house generally is very quiet.

Mudchute DLR is 5min walking distance from the house, Canary Wharf about 20mins walking and about 10mins by DLR, Bank is about 20mins by DLR and Liverpool Street station about 10mins using Elizabeth line. Bus stops are seconds away from the house.

Deposit is £98”, rent £980 with ALL bills included.
