The room is fully furnished and ready to move straight into, featuring:

The house itself is somewhere we genuinely enjoy living. It has a relaxed, welcoming feel with a spacious shared living room, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher included), plenty of extra storage and a private garden that's perfect for enjoying a coffee, reading a book or making the most of those rare London days when the sun decides to show up.

- Excellent transport links via DLR, Elizabeth line, Jubilee line and local buses

THE HOUSE(MATES)

You'll be living with a small group of friendly professionals who've called this area home for over five years.

Mix of full-time professionals in tech/AI/Finance & a student, keeps the place clean and respects each other's space, but we're also genuinely social. Whether it's putting a film on the projector, grabbing a pint, trying a new restaurant, watching football or simply catching up over coffee, there's usually something going on without anyone feeling obliged.

A few shared interests around the house include:

- Running and gym sessions
- Football and other sports
- Hiking and weekends away
- Discovering London's food scene
- Travel

The house is sociable without being chaotic. Everyone enjoys a good laugh, but it's very much a home rather than a party house. It's peaceful during the week, respectful of everyone's routines and somewhere you can properly switch off after work.

We're ideally looking for a tidy, considerate working professional who's easy to get along with, enjoys an active lifestyle and appreciates the balance between being sociable and having their own space.

Single occupancy only — no couples.
