Stylish Fulham garden flat- Short let

My beautiful, quiet, fully furnished garden flat is available for short-term let from 25 March until 19 April (or for a minimum of 2 weeks initially, with option to extend if required by both sides). Spacious, light and homely, with comfy indoor spaces and private back garden. The perfect base for working-from-home, binge-watching Netflix or exploring London, inclusive of all bedding, towels, cleaning products, household basics and bills.

Note: This is normally my home, but it is often set up while I'm away as an Airbnb property (so I'm an Airbnb Superhost, and you're able to read the many reviews about the property) and I sometimes also make it available here for direct bookings (without fees, using a simple short-term contract).

More about me and the flat:

You'll have the whole flat to yourself, and - although this is usually my home, so it's very homely, cozy and comfortable - the flat is set up as an Airbnb while I'm away (i. e. with all linen, bedding, pillows, towels and other basics included). It sleeps 1 to 4 people.

I have been a "Superhost" on Airbnb for 10 years for this property and I have almost 80 detailed reviews from previous and recent guests, so please do message me if you would like the property web-link, to read those and see a bit more about the property and its great feedback - including many more photos! :)

Note that all utility bills are included and I will also cover the incoming cleaning fee. You will only be responsible for the outgoing cleaning/linen fee of £70 (one off). All other costs and bills are already included in the weekly direct rate of £595 per week.

About the flat: My spacious, well-proportioned ground floor flat is on a pretty and leafy street in sought-after Fulham, near Chelsea (Zone 2). Neat, homely and stylish, it also has a patio and private garden, Netflix and multiple work surfaces/desk for WFH. All to yourselves!

The house is an excellent stop-gap or home-away-from-home for a single professional or a couple, with visitors permitted on the sofa-bed in the lounge too.

A new desk in the bedroom, a new and comfortable 4-seater dining table in the kitchen, and a large coffee table in the lounge, are not yet shown in the pictures but I can send on Whatsapp. They make the flat a perfect place to work-from-home, with 3 different work surfaces in the kitchen, bedroom and lounge - and with the highest speed fibre internet available. A new smart TV will also mean you can binge watch all the Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc boxsets your heart desires, on cozy nights in! :)

The street itself is very quiet, but grocery stores, coffee shops, pubs and vibey restaurants abound just at the top of the road, which makes it very convenient!

Having a private garden is ideal, and the river and some really lovely parks are very nearby!

5 nearby tube stops, lots of buses, and 2 supermarkets within 100 metres, and a very quick stroll to the Thames, for some great riverside exercise in Bishops Park or along the river towpath towards Putney, Hammersmith, Chiswick or Kew.
