Beautiful, quiet, fully furnished garden flat, available for short-term let for between 2 weeks and 2 months from an Airbnb Superhost. While this is an Airbnb property, it is available for direct let from the owner via Spareroom without fees, using a very simple short-term contract instead.
More about me and the flat:
You will have the whole flat to yourself, and - although this is usually my home, so it's very homely and comfortable - the flat is set up as an Airbnb while I'm away (i. e. with all linen, bedding, pillows, towels and other basics included). It sleeps 1 to 4 people.

Note that all utility bills are included and I will also cover the incoming cleaning fee. You will only be responsible for the outgoing cleaning/linen fee of £80 (one off). All other costs are included in the weekly direct rate of £99 per night (which is reduced from the Airbnb rate of £150 per night because of their fees being excluded!).

About the flat: My spacious, well-proportioned ground floor flat is on a pretty and leafy street in sought-after Fulham, near Chelsea (Zone 2). Neat, homely and stylish, it also has a patio and private garden, Netflix and multiple work surfaces/desk for WFH. All to yourselves!
The house is an excellent stop-gap or home-away-from-home for a single professional or a couple, with visitors permitted on the sofa-bed in the lounge too. I have over 60 reviews from very very happy guests previously and recently, on my Airbnb listing, which I can send you the link to.
A new desk in the bedroom, a new and comfortable 4-seater dining table in the kitchen, and a large coffee table in the lounge, are not yet shown in the pictures but I can send on Whatsapp. They make the flat a perfect place to work-from-home, with 3 different work surfaces in the kitchen, bedroom and lounge - and with the highest speed fibre internet available. A new smart TV will also mean you can binge watch all the Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc boxsets your heart desires, on cozy nights in! :)
The street itself is very quiet, but grocery stores, coffee shops, pubs and vibey restaurants abound just at the top of the road, which makes it very convenient!
Having a private garden is ideal, and the river and some really lovely parks are very nearby!
5 nearby tube stops, lots of buses, and 2 supermarkets within 100 metres, and a very quick stroll to the Thames, for some great riverside exercise in Bishops Park or along the river towpath towards Putney, Hammersmith, Chiswick or Kew.
