I’m looking to rent out the large second room in my flat, and am keen for a fun housemate who is sociable, but also tidy etc. I have a cleaner who comes once a week, and all bills are included in the price (£1650 per month). Built in wardrobes, lots of storage, and lovely and bright. There is a lovely garden (perfect for a summer dinner party), and it is a nice space to be in. I’m 34, work in defence/politics, and am sociable, enjoy having friends for dinner every so often, and would hope that you would be keen to join too!
