Double ensuite attic room in sociable Fulham flat

Bright, large double attic room with ensuite bathroom and large desk for working.

Looking for a friendly, balanced housemate, probably 1 person but would consider a couple for a negotiable surcharge.

I work 1-2 days a week in the office, the rest from home. Hopefully a well balanced flat, a bit quieter during the daytime/ weekdays, but can be social in evenings and weekends. Music welcome, there's vinyl and record player here, fan of sports or good series on TV, coffee machine you're welcome to use.

Nice big kitchen for cooking with a big table and sofa, TV which is effectively open living area. Then another living area in the lounge with another TV - so two places to watch TV for any clashes and you're welcome to use any of these shared spaces.

Washing machine, dishwasher, fast internet, TV subscriptions, fully furnished etc etc so if you have very few possessions, that's not a problem. The room has a Herman Miller desk chair + have a spare monitor available if you want.

Like a drink and to socialise so a sociable flatmate would be ideal, welcome to invite friends over etc, within reason :)

I vape, so someone ok with that would be good. I have air purifiers etc.

If you are extremely agile I have a small flat roof you can climb out of a window to get to which has artificial grass on and is nice in the summer.

A nice area in Fulham just between Fulham Palace and Munster Road with shops, cafes, pubs closeby. About 18 minutes walk to various district line tube stops (Parsons Green, Putney Bridge, West Brompton) or short bus to Hammersmith, lots of Lime Bikes in area too.

Open to short term renting, even less than a month. Deposit maybe negotiable e. g. could just pay rent in advance.
