Double room in N10

A lovely, furnished double room in a friendly and rather quiet four-bedroom, three-storey house in Muswell Hill with fast internet, garden, two bathrooms, two toilets, a washing machine and all mod cons.
We are near parks, a bus stop and a big supermarket. The whole house is double-glazed and warm.

Please note that the boxes under the bed in the photos are the tenant's who lived in that room. The bed can be turned around for a normal-height bed.

We are a photographer mother, and a 15-year-old, who lives between the house and his father's 50/50.

We have two small dogs. We can consider a lodger with a small dog. Sadly, we cannot have a cat in the house. If you are a smoker, you can smoke in the garden, but not indoors. We enjoy having occasional dinners or a glass of wine together with our current lodger, but we are not a party house. We are vegetarians, but you can cook what you like.

The room would suit a single professional or a student. The room currently has a single bed, two bookshelves, a built-in wardrobe and a long desk. We can remove certain items of furniture if needed.

One month's rent is required as a deposit.

All bills are included in the rent. £850/per calendar month, directly from the landlord. Ie there are no other costs for you.
