2 rooms (bedroom and office room) in Muswell Hill

Hi,
I am a 27 year old teacher, living in a shared house in Muswell Hill. My current housemate is moving out so her bedroom and her office are available. We live on the first and second story of a shared house with the 70 year old landlord, he lives downstairs and we rarely cross paths with him as we have our own bathroom, kitchen, living room etc - he is very nice though and minds his own business. We are able to use the garden, we just have to go through his living room to access the back door (he is always happy for us to do this though.) I am looking for somebody who works full time and appreciates their own space, but also would be down to socialise, go out to the pub/go out for walks etc - would like the person moving in to become a friend! The house is super lovely and was renovated during Covid, with gorgeous big windows in all rooms. The rooms will be unfurnished so you will need to bring furniture. Also my current housemate owns the sofa, tv and dining table, so if you come with those too that would be super helpful!!
