One unfurnished room is available in a three-bedroom flat in Muswell Hill, available from 10 September.
£650 per month + bills and Council Tax.
The tenancy agreement with the landlord is for 6 months, with no problem extending it afterwards.
I’m looking for a friendly, respectful and tidy person to share the flat with me and one other male tenant. Ideally, someone working full-time with regular daytime working hours rather than shift/night work.
The flat has three bedrooms in total and there is no shared living room. The idea is to create a comfortable, peaceful home where everyone can relax and have their own space after work.
I’m looking for someone considerate of others, who respects reasonable quiet hours and keeps shared areas clean and tidy. It’s not a party flat, but equally I don’t want it to feel like a place with a long list of rules — just a relaxed home shared by people who respect each other.
The landlord requires proof of full-time employment and income as part of the tenancy checks.
