Looking for 1x Person to join us in Muswell Hill

Hi Everyone!

Myself (27yo) and Caitlin (26yo) are looking for a third person to join us to sign a lease on a flat in Muswell Hill. Flat is 3 bed 1 bath with open plan living, dining and kitchen. Fully furnished with all seen in the pictures including a third bed. Price for the flat is £2995pcm including wifi, council tax and water. Gas and electricity not included. Ideal move in is end of October/ start of November.

There’s also 2x parking spaces currently as neither of us has a car. We are a 5min walk to the main streets of Muswell Hill with plenty of cafes, shops, gyms and grocery stores. Alexandra Park and Highgate woods are nearby too! Plenty of bus routes including night buses on the main road and approx 5-10mins to Highgate tube (northern line) via bus.

About us: We’re childhood friends from Aus. I work as a paramedic so will be working shift work and Caitlin is about to move down from Edinburgh working hospo as well as remotely for a law firm back home. We’re both super friendly, tidy and want to create a home not just somewhere to sleep! Ideally looking for someone who wants to become friends, go to pubs or various activities across London or even gallivant with us to Europe sometimes. We also very much like a chill house night in just as much with wine/ cocktails, dinner and board games/movies. We’re also very big readers and I’ll be bringing the beginnings of a library with me (good thing there’s lots of shelving).

We’re looking for someone like minded, tidy and considerate. As I work shift work ideally no WFH due to needing to sleep during the day at times. Previous experience of constant meetings and monopolising of communal spaces has made that a poor experience in previous times (sorry!).
