Hi there!
We are looking for someone to replace me as i am moving in with my girlfriend.
The room:
Spacious double room, fully furnished and with lots of storage space. It has a view to the cathedral and gets lots of light, specially in the morning. It’s on the ground floor of the house which allows for some extra privacy when needed.
The flat:
Big flat, with shared living room, kitchen and bathroom.
You will be sharing it with Alice, Niamh and Mia. All in their 20s, professionals and creatives.
We love to have dinner together or go for a drink from time to time, but are always respectful of each other’s spaces and privacy. The flat dynamic is super chill and quiet, but also fun!
It’s a LGBQIA+ house and we would like to keep it that way💗
Rent:
Rent is currently £935 with all bills included. However the agency is increasing it in December to £995 (price advertised).
