Large self contained flat with shared kitchen

I am renting my lovely, comfortable apartment while I am working abroad. It has a relaxed and friendly feel of a home. It’s bright with a sunny west facing living room, clean and well looked after, with plenty of space to feel at home rather than just somewhere to stay. I’m looking for someone considerate and tidy who will enjoy and respect the apartment. This is a top floor apartment in a Victorian red brick terrace, I have split the accommodation into two self contained and lockable units with a shared kitchen.

The large front flat has a double room with a super American king-size bed. There is a smaller single room, with a bunkbed and study area (not for rent as only single occupiers considered). There is a toilet and shower off the single room - hence not for sharers.

The large living room has a dinning area (4xchairs), a desk and filing cabinet with leather office chair - I prefer working in the lighter living room.

There is full fiber wifi and my retro B&O TV, with a firestick so all the streaming channels are available. The rear studio is let to a quite professional Mon-Thur only, with shared use of the kitchen. All bills included - subject to terms.
