I have a double room available from 1st August 2026.
It is unfurnished though as the photos show there are built in wardrobes/shelves.
I have rented here for over 15 years and my current flatmate is moving out after 9 years.
The apartment is right on Muswell Hill Broadway so everything is in walking distance and so convenient.
As a bonus the beautiful Alexandra Palace is a 5 min walk away.
The closest tube is Highgate station on the Northern line though a bus from right outside takes you all the way to Warren Street. Also buses take you to Finsbury Park and Bounds Green for access to the Victoria and Piccadilly line.
This property is in Council Tax Band B. .
I am looking for someone who can share some laughs in a relaxed friendly atmosphere.
