We’re two sisters looking for a friendly, considerate person to join our calm and welcoming home in NW2. This is a large, bright double room in a spacious house, ideal for someone who works or studies outside the home and wants a comfortable, peaceful place to live.

Brand new double bed and mattress
Fitted wardrobe with plenty of storage
A new desk and chair will be purchased for this room (the current desk and chair belongs to previous tenant, we are just storing it for her)
Good sized bathroom (shared with 1 person)

Large shared living room with sofa & TV
Fully equipped kitchen (Oven & hob, Microwave, Washing machine, Dishwasher, Air fryer, Double fridge & separate freezer)
Beautiful large patio garden, perfect for relaxing

Two sisters, both professionals
Friendly, respectful and easy-going
We enjoy a chat but also value personal space and privacy
We also have two cats, they’re very quiet and shy, and tend to keep to themselves, so they won’t bother you
