Furnished double room available in a 3-story, 6-bedroom house. Current occupants are five students (2M, 3F) from the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama.

The room is located on the top floor and is south-facing, so gets lots of natural light. It comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers (white furniture in the photos). It shares a bathroom with one other occupant.

The house has 2.5 bathrooms, a double kitchen, dining room, and sitting room (all open plan), as well as a patio and garden.

A bus stop directly outside the house takes you to Tecco Extra and IKEA within 10-minutes. Lidl and Asda are a 15-minute bus ride away, as is Brent Cross Shopping Centre. Neasden Shopping Parade is just around the corner for quick needs and take-out. Gladstone Park is a 5-minute walk for green space. The house is a 10-minute walk from Neasden station (Jubilee line) and 15-minutes from Dollis Hill (Jubilee line). On-street permit parking is available.

The old occupant is moving out as they have graduated.

Current occupants are looking for a respectful housemate who is willing to contribute to general house chores (cleaning, bins, etc.). Students preferred.

Important note: This house is in council band E; however, all current occupants are exempt as they are students. Any new occupant is responsible for paying the council tax or submitting their exemption (UK students are exempt from council tax).
