Double room near Neasden station

I own a 2 bedroom, one bathroom flat with a large garden 5 mins walk from Neasden station, Jubilee line.

My lodger of 3 years has left the country so I'm looking for someone to rent my second bedroom.

I have a 15 year old poodle mix and 15 month old cat.

I'm originally from New York and work as a UX designer and also own a Handy Women business. I use my living room to work during the day and don't mind sharing the living room evenings and weekends.

I like to cook simple, healthy meals but I don't cook smelly foods in my home like curry and fish, and would prefer if you don't either.

I have a separate kitchen with a breakfast bar.

In my free time I work on my projects, see friends, work on my bikes, gardening, work out. I like to keep my home clean with calm, positive energy. I care about the environment, world affairs, human rights and respect others.
