Just refurbished, clean & bright bedroom is available 24 July. It is £155 p/w including bills (wireless broadband, council tax, water, central heating, gas and electricity).

It is a furnished 2nd floor flat with central heating, kitchen, two bathrooms and two toilets.

It's situated 2 minutes walk to New Cross station

Ideally we are looking for long term occupants. There is no minimum stay, you can stay as much as you wish. But there should be two weeks notice before the leaving date.
