Spacious room 5 mins to New Cross

We have room available in our lovely house share, we are looking for someone to come and join us and we would love to hear from you...

Just refurbished, clean & bright bedroom is available 10 May July. It is £175 p/w including all bills (wireless broadband, council tax, water, central heating, gas, and electricity).

It is a furnished 2nd floor flat with central heating, kitchen, and bathroom.

It's less than 5 minutes walk to New Cross station (zone 2).

Ideally, we are looking for long-term occupants. You can stay as much as you wish. But there should be 30 days' notice before the leaving date.
