Hello and welcome to our beautiful flat. We are Anji and Guillaume ( an American filmmaker and a French journalist) Here you'll enjoy peace, convenience, comfort and some of the best views of the city with most major landmarks visible right from the balcony. Right on the park for easy activities (running, bike rides, etc) and fun neighborhood people- watching. A great energy all around. Not to mention -Amazing views and sunsets every day!

Just minutes from Central London on the overground and 3 stops to Canary Wharf, it’s located in New Cross, a bustling but laid-back neighborhood packed with cafes, pubs, parks, yoga, conveniences and character. Only 3-5 minutes walk from two train stations (24-hr wkds) and across the street from Goldsmiths University. Just downstairs is the lovely Scandi-style Red Lion Coffee with great coffee, sandwiches and staff. It's a great place to land for exploring London or while in town working.

The bedroom is spacious and airy with double bed, desk ensuite bathroom. The apartment with be shared with a professional international couple sometimes working from home. Happy to arrange a meeting, in person or via video chat.

Transport: 3 mins to both New Cross Gate and New Cross Overground Stations (24-hour weekend lines). Once on the train, you are 5 min to Canary Wharf, 2 stops to Canada Water and the Jubilee line. Also close to: Goldsmiths University, Deptford, Peckham, Greenwich.
