If you enjoy a peaceful, clean, homely and well-kept little sanctuary to retreat to - then this place could be a great match! I am likely to be the kind of housemate that offers to make you a cup of tea and would enjoy sharing the occasional dinner/film night, a glass of wine and chat, but I am also a busy bee - and enjoy going out socialising and some of my own space too. I am super considerate and respectful of your own space, privacy and your belongings. I like to keep the flat pretty much as you see in the photos, so you would know you would be coming home to a clean, tidy and cared-for space. I mostly see friends out for dinners and home is a chilled space, but on the occasional friendly pop around, I would typically plan that around you, or at the very least keep you in the loop :-)
The balcony is a large one and in particular, enjoys some lovely morning sun, it is particularly great for breakfasts in the sunshine, and a glass of wine in the evening.
A good combination would be with someone who wishes to treat their home and live, similarly to this!
I work for the NHS (as a therapist), I currently work from home 4 days per week and in the office once per week. The flat is technically a three-bed flat, but use the ‘third bedroom’ as an office instead. It is really versatile, as it is separated by a partition wall to the living room so we can open and close that to suit us! There is scope for more than one person to work from home at the same time, but ideally, due to the nature of my role, this set-up would ideally suit someone who was more in the office than not!
The room is available now, but I am away a lot at the moment so would be more realistically available later in April.
