Cosy bright single room - 4 bed house (SE, zone 2)

We have a spare room available in our lovely house in New Cross. Available from 20 July. Bills approx £100 a month - pics are the same room just before and after clutter!

We’re all young professionals, sociable but have our own things going on and are clean and considerate. We’re very LGBTIQ+ friendly, I wfh but mostly from my room. Looking for a fellow leftie yapper.

Spacious living room and garden, modern kitchen and bathrooms, good landlord. We’ve got a projector for movie nights and a garden for outdoor dinners/ bbq’s! (Some of us smoke but not inside obvs).

Really nice area with green spaces nearby, telegraph hill, Skehans (best pub in london!!), cafes and restaurants.

Approx 10 min walk to 3 overground stations, 15 mins door to door from here to London Bridge. Right next to deptford, peckham, Greenwich, Lewisham. Just one overground to dalston, Hoxton, Islington, Shoreditch.

Looking for a housemate not a lodger ! Someone who is happy to share cleaning responsibilities but won’t stress if anyone has to leave a dish on the side every now and again.

I’m in internal comms for a science journal, one housemate is an artist and the other is a gardener.
