Light and airy double room in beautiful house

Hi everyone I'm looking for a new housemate to move in to a fantastic double room in New Cross.

The room is very bright with a huge window. There's a king size bed, a bedside table, chest of drawers and bookshelf. There's plenty of space for other furniture too if you have your own stuff. The room is on the third floor of a large 5-bedroom townhouse, so worth bearing in mind it involves going up a lot of stairs!

I'm the house owner, and there is also one other housemate who you will share a bathroom with (I have my own bathroom). There's also a large shared living room, a downstairs loo, a sit-in kitchen, and a large garden with a bike shed and table and chairs. I keep the two other bedrooms for living spaces so the house is generally quite spacious and quiet.

The location is really great. We're on a very quiet road with hardly any traffic, and only 5-10 minutes' walk from New Cross and New Cross Gate stations. Deptford is a 15 minute walk away and full of fun cafes, bars and restaurants.

I also have two very handsome cats who are really demanding and love all the cuddles.

I'm ideally looking for someone who is a professional like me and settled in London and wants to make a place home. I like having the odd chat when we're both having a quiet night in but also looking for housemates who are equally happy doing their own thing.
